- Good communication skills: Should be able to communicate/articulate the features/benefits of the assets clearly.
- Should be able to suggest the right solutions that are relevant to the customer / engagement’s business problem.
- Very good presentation skills: Is expected to conduct demo sessions and to present the features/benefits of the assets – to internal and external customers
- Should be able to identify new assets for development, from internal/external sources.
- Ability to co-ordinate with various stakeholders (such as Sr. Mgmt, Technical team, Capgemini Sales / Consulting / Delivery teams and Customers).
- Good at networking.
- Experience with pre-sales would be good.
- Conversant with emerging technologies like RPA and VA.
- Ability to understand new technology areas and apply in proposals with a view to improve competitiveness
