Business Analyst Insurance | 4 to 6 years | Bengaluru & Pune

Job Description

• Overall your experience should include contribution to large scale organisation transformation programmes using agile and or waterfall approaches
• At least two completed project or programmes in Insurance with demonstrable knowledge of the sector issues and solutions
• Experience and knowledge of working in with Financial Services organisations with a keen interest in the industry and its future
• Hands on experience assisting with the design development and delivery of multiple programmes or project initiatives with a budget over 2m Responsibility for progress reporting risk management and financial reporting as a project lead
• Experience of working in multi-disciplinary teams collaborating to deliver change in fast paced project environments
• Ability to develop and manage client and stakeholder relationships at all levels in an organisation
• Ability to deal with ambiguity and decipher the essential details from a variety of information
• Experience of coaching and managing others in a project team and a passion for continuous personal and professional development
• Agile Business Analysis Insurance certifications would be highly desirable
