Primary Skill : L4 application support analyst
- L4 application support analyst.
- Must-have: Technical experience in deployment and support of complex multi-tier applications.
- Must-have: Technical knowledge in .Net, SQL Server, Java, AWS, Linux or Windows server administration.
- Desired technology experience / exposure – AWS, Apache Cassandra, Chef, NGINX, RabbitMQ, NodeJS
- Should have knowledge of any incident management tools such as ServiceNow, ServiceCafe, JIRA.
- Should have knowledge of ITIL best practices, SLA Adherence, Change Management and Problem Management Processes.
- Open to working in 24×7 shift environment. Early joiners preferred.
- Good communication skills, should be a good team player
- Desired to have Retail / QSR Domain Knowledge.
