Job Description

  • Practical and theoretical knowledge on User access management and their processes
  • Hands on familiarity Active Directory and Application provisioning user onboarding offboarding
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to multi task prioritize coordinate work well under pressure and meet deadlines
  • Communicate with End user Trouble Shooting P2 and P1 Issues and other Priority Incidents and Requests Application issues and Exchange and O365 issues
  • Troubleshoot mailbox issues
  • Providing support to SME s and Team lead with data for discussions with other resolver groups internal as well as external Reporting Service level management SLM and Queue ticket management
  • Quality Checks and suggest process improvements
  • Apply best practice in the user access management
  • UAM Working Knowledge on Exchange and O365

Primary Skills

  • Knowledge of IAM Life cycle
  • Should be a good team player and available for shift rotation including night shifts Weekend Shifts
