Global Candidate Experience and Talent Attraction Lead (Grade – D)

Your Role:

  • Build strategy and drive key projects to improve Capgemini’s employer attraction positioning in the global market.
  • Understand and analyse the candidate, employee & market sentiments in relation to identify key gaps in the experience & communication.
  • Develop a clear roadmap of bringing employer value proposition to life by identifying moments that matter in the candidate journey. Create key proof points to support the employer promise and integrate in the recruitment process.
  • Coordinate & drive the key global actions along with country/business unit TA & employer attraction leaders to achieve common objectives.
  • Build talent attractiveness dashboard & metrics to monitor/track the progress at a global level. Work with People Analytics & Employee experience team to leverage the analytics & employee listening.
  • Lead implementation of candidate experience projects like CRM, candidate surveys, professional communities’ talent attraction and track the improvement & impact.
  • Build a meaningful relationships & network with country/BU based talent attractiveness & candidate experience champions to drive common programs.

Job Specification

  • Min 8 to 10 years of experience in the industry with at least 3 years of relevant experience in global talent market.
  • Prior experience driving & implementing global talent attractiveness & candidate experience projects ideally in the IT/tech industry.
  • Ability to be self-starter and build collaboration/influence on the broader community across the organization.
  • Proactively build & engage talent attractiveness community across Capgemini to identify/amplify best practices at local & global level.
  • Strong communication, presentation skills. Data driven.
  • Management of complex global stakeholders from different functions & alignment with a global strategy/approach.
  • Based in India.
