This position is for Manager a hands-on position with a primary focus on following Agile application design & development methodologies. He must have demonstrated success across all the stages of SDLC for projects involving; greenfield application development, application enhancement, data migration, application integration, system segregation and regulatory changes

The candidate will have strong and deep development knowledge; will be expert in understanding requirement, design, coding, unit testing and in implementing integration.

The primary focus on Technical and Business Analysis for Development projects in Schemes compliance release. Understand the process flow, Creation of PoC, provide functional and technical solution, interact with Business Analyst, Business team to understand and implement the changes as desired.

Conduct requirement, usability and show & tell workshops to identify/document business requirements.
Managed the budget and Revenue Tracking for Project.
Handled Project management including the risk management and resource management.
Direct the operations and setting priories between system development, maintenance and operations with development and testing teams.
Provided analysis to secure compliance on time in agile environment.

Qualifications and Experience:
• Educational background generally including Bachelor’s Degree and equivalent experience.
• More than 12 years’ experience on Cards and BFSI projects.
