Ashwin Yardi is the CEO of Capgemini in India and Chief Industrialization & Automation Officer, Capgemini.
He was formerly the COO of Capgemini in India. In his previous role as COO, Ashwin managed operations, delivery, capability development and Innvoation across India.
As Chief Industrialization & Automation Officer, Ashwin also drives and leads competitiveness and industrialization of delivery Capgemini portfolio. This involves leading the organisation’s focus on building a knowledge-driven delivery model deploying intelligent automation to help clients derive the best value.
Ashwin has over 25 years of experience in consulting, technology and large outsourcing services. Ashwin has performed several leadership roles driving the growth and profitability of various business units in Capgemini. Ashwin’s experience in international and multi-cultural environments spans across North and South America, Netherlands, Australia and Asian countries.
As an accomplished leader, he has worked closely with several fortune 500 companies to help them achieve their business transformation goals. He is also deeply involved in new age Digital & Big Data platforms and various automation tools.

Thierry Delaporte has been Chief Operating Officer for the Capgemini Group since January 1, 2018. Prior to this, from 2013, Thierry was Head of Capgemini’s Global Financial Services Strategic Business Unit and oversaw Capgemini’s operations in Latin America as well from 2016.
Having spent most of his career with Capgemini, Thierry has driven Capgemini’s operations and strategic planning in several of its key businesses, based in various countries, and has participated in number of key transformation programs.
Thierry has held various positions at Capgemini: he was COO and Head of Sales for Application Services One (UK, Asia Pacific and North America) in 2011 and 2012, CFO for the Global Outsourcing Business Unit (2009-2010), CFO for North America (2005-2008), CFO of Southern Europe (2003-2005), CFO and COO for Australia and New Zealand (2002-2003), CFO for the Asia-Pacific Telecom business following the integration of Ernst & Young operations (2000-2002), CFO for Switzerland and Austria (1997-2000). Thierry joined the Capgemini Group in 1995 working for its subsidiary Sogeti, as the Group Internal Auditor.
