Nisheeth Srivastava is responsible for driving Capgemini’s agenda for technology and innovation by leveraging sectoral and cross-domain expertise and the rapidly evolving technology landscape, thereby expanding and enhancing the role of India in making Capgemini the preferred innovation partner for clients. As the Chief Technology & Innovation Officer from India, Nisheeth leads the Applied Innovation Exchanges and Sector Hubs in India to create a powerful value proposition for strategic client footprint while additionally building an enabling ecosystem of partners to help power our global Innovation network.

In a career spanning 25 years, Nisheeth has been a seasoned entrepreneur as well as a corporate leader with global experience and specializes in executing new go-to-market and capability expansion initiatives, through collaborative and innovative strategies. He has founded, invested in and mentored a spectrum of start-ups and is on the advisory board of several startup incubators and Innovation Hubs in India. In his prior corporate roles, he has also led large revenue management roles in various IPP firms in Europe and India, with significant experience in Financial Services industry, bringing value-centricity to the mandate.

Nisheeth is an engineering graduate in Electronics and Communications from IIT (BHU), Varanasi.  An entrepreneur at heart, he believes that embracing and learning from frequent failures is more important than celebrating the rare successes.

Mukesh is Capgemini’s CTO & Head of Data Technology for Insights and Data Global Business Unit. He Leads Technology Strategy, Innovation, Architecture Advisory, R&D, Solutions Development in the areas of Analytics & AI across sectors. As a Techno-Biz leader, Mukesh possesses passion for excellence and data driven innovation that drives business value.

Prior to joining Capgemini, Mukesh worked as CTO for VFS Global, Vice President R&D for NICE System, Vice President and Head of Analytics Jio and Director of Engineering for Microsoft. He was instrumental for setting up R&D Centre for Microsoft in Bangalore and setup GIC for NICE Systems in Pune. These roles held accountability for building global teams, architecting and developing large scale products and platforms, leveraging deep Analytics and drive outstanding customer experience.

Mukesh has over 23 years of experience in Data Driven Large Scale Software Product Development, DevOps, Digital Transformation and telecommunications.
