My usual work day is filled with a lot of discussions with various people like the client executives that I work for, senior leadership in Capgemini to the members who are a part of my team. Working at Capgemini gives me a great opportunity to learn and adopt new things regularly by which I keep bringing positive changes to the ecosystem that I work in, however small that is.

My life at Capgemini

This organization has given me so many avenues to explore myself and I keep doing it every day. While I have worked for 3 to 4 large customers in last 10 years, every year I have performed a new role. I am amazed to see what right opportunity and mentoring from leaders can get you in such a short time. I truly live the values that Capgemini tells all of us and take immense pride in that.

Places I have been

I have travelled across the globe in last few years. I was one of the earliest persons who were seconded to North America, way back in 2007. I have spent professional time in various places across Europe and Australia.

Projects I’m proud of

I take a lot of pride in every project that I have delivered but if I have to pick top 2 projects, it has to be from one of the top most American entertainment company and a multinational brewing and beverage company in UKI enhanced my professional career in a fast track mode while working on these engagements.

My personal life

My wife and I are blessed with 2 sons and we make a very happy family. I like to spend as much time possible with my sons, be it at early morning swimming sessions or at piano classes. My wife is a doctor; being from different professions which are equally demanding, we support each other very well.
