What I love about Capgemini is, I got an opportunity to work with different geographies, domains and technologies, before I could decide on what exactly I wanted to do. I was always given a freehand to choose and provided with support for pursing my interest areas.

• How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
  I have been associated with Capgemini since 2004. I look forward to going to the office, meet all my friends and colleagues. Every day there are new challenges and I love that.
• What do you love about your job?
  I started my journey 14 years back as a tester and then grew through multiple roles in different capacities. In my current role, I interact with multiple people across the globe and I learn new things from them.
• How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
  I believe life is the biggest coach and as and when opportunities appear, I try and learn from them. At Capgemini, I have gone through very nice training programs, and also learned a lot from my mentors and leaders.
• How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?
  Through the open-door policy that Capgemini has, I was able to reach out to anyone I needed help from.  The confidence that my superiors have shown in me has helped me perform better.
• How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
  In my area of expertise, I was always given a free hand to make decisions. Capgemini’s 7 values have always influenced my working style. Values like Honesty and Boldness have always helped me in taking appropriate decisions.
• What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
  In 19 years of my career, I have spent 14 years with Capgemini. At Capgemini, I could pursue the areas of interest where I wanted to work on. I could take different pieces of training and refine my skills in that area.
• How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?
  My superiors realized that I have a liking for ‘Process’ and ‘Transformation’ and can do better in that, so was given opportunity related to the same.
• What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
  There are many memorable moments but delivering a project on time with a team, achieving desired targets and making an entry into a new account through the transformation services is always good to look back at.
• What are you an Ace at?
  I am ace at defining Transformation roadmap and making the accounts more productive, profitable.
