What motivated you to join Capgemini?

Capgemini has always been my dream company. I admired its global presence, collaborative work culture, and the people-first approach I experienced even during the interview process. Everyone was polite, calm, and encouraging, something that immediately stood out to me.

How was your experience with integration into Capgemini?

The onboarding process was smooth and supportive, and the India Continuous Assimilation Program made a real difference. From helping with HR queries to easing communication, the program gave me a sense of comfort and connection early on. It truly helped me settle in with confidence.

What is the one thing you like most at Capgemini and why?

The support system. From managers to colleagues, everyone has been approachable and patient. The structured learning path and the opportunities to upskill in new technologies like Linux and Sterling Integrator made me feel empowered in my role.

How has your learning and development experience been at Capgemini?

Capgemini has given me the chance to learn and grow in ways I never expected. I came in with basic knowledge of Sterling Integrator, but with the support of my team and manager, I’ve deepened my skills in areas like file transfer protocols, PGP keys, and Linux maintenance. The learning has been hands-on and continuous- I’m still exploring new aspects of my role every day. It’s empowering to be part of a workplace where learning is part of the journey, not just a one-time event.
