My usual work day

My responsibilities at Capgemini entail managing administrative operations and interacting with external agencies. I have become aware of the importance of ‘attention to detail’ for being successful at my day-to-day work! Emulating this skill is at the top of my daily to-dos.

My life at Capgemini

I have spent my time at Capgemini developing new skills, trying to influence the way the team works, and adapting quicker, easier, and more efficient ways to get work at hand done. It is so important to try something new and push oneself out of our comfort zone – and this is exactly what my life at Capgemini looks like.

Places I have been to

Some of my memorable holidays have been to the Bangalore neighborhood, to the Nandi Hills, with family. I have also been to Kolhapur in Maharashtra.

My personal life

I am an art and craft aficionado, indulging in the hobby whenever I can make the time for it. Cards for friends and family and home décor during festivals are areas I really like putting my skills to! Cooking is also a passion – I experiment largely with Asian and continental dishes. I try to spend time with family as much as I can. Over the weekend, I visit my brother and mother in Belgaum.

I believe that diversity at the workplace improves coordination, thus leading to better quality work. I am glad to be a part of the team which respects skills over gender. At Capgemini, I have always felt empowered at work and have been treated at par with my male colleagues.
