  • How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
    Each day has a new flavor to it. My role as a Talent Acquisition Lead helps me connect & interact with new people. I look forward to what new I get to learn every day.
  • What do you love about your job?
    I love the diversity of work that Capgemini gives me. Be it formulating strategies to attracting & hiring top talent, strategizing best channels for candidate communication, liaising with business leaders to understand their hiring needs, working on projects for employee retentions. The variety of the job & the learning attached to it is what makes me love what I do.
  • How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
    Having started my career with Capgemini as a fresher, the kind of opportunities I have got, have helped me grow and develop my skills. The freedom to explore and learn is immense.
  • How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?
    Through my work, I get to impact one’s career journey in a positive way. It’s not only about fulfilling a job opportunity but it is also about giving somebody a new career dimension. Since the organization that you join is much more than your roles and responsibilities it is a life-changing decision; from the smallest of the things like commuting to your workplace, kind of people you interact with, friendships you make are all influenced by where you work.
  • How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
    I have grown from being an individual contributor to leading teams and working on global projects. I am given the freedom to pave my career path in ways I feel most comfortable. This flexibility helps me be more focused on my goals.
  • What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
    There are a plethora of opportunities to learn and develop your competencies in the areas which interest you. The amount of empowerment and freedom one gets to choose the skills to build in Capgemini is commendable. Also, the opportunities you get to connect with people across domains/functions is unlimited.
  • How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?
    Capgemini has not just given me an opportunity to work in the field of Human Resources which is what I specialize in, but also encouraged me to go beyond just hiring. It supports my involvement in other activities related to Corporate Social Responsibility, Diversity & Inclusion, Inducting new hires, designing training programs & policies, participating in the Branding campaigns etc., the list is endless. As long as you are enthusiastic to take up new challenges and explore, you will get all the required support here.
  • What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
    I started my career with Capgemini as a Business School graduate and in my journey of 7 years, I have had lots of memorable moments. One of the most special one is getting felicitated by the India Chief Financial Officer in 2015, for strategizing a graduate hiring program that won an award.
