  • How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
    I look forward to an exciting day filled with surprises and strive to find solutions towards client and project demands, as I stride through the day with my team
  • What do you love about your job?
    As a lead Client Visit Experience Brand, I am in a unique position to understand the diverse brand ideologies and core business ethics of our Clients. I also enjoy driving similarities between their brand and Capgemini so that it helps to celebrate the collaboration that we have. I also take pride and happiness in disseminating the Indian culture nuances to people not native to India.
  • How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
    I was an industry novice when I joined Capgemini, but with the support of my peers and seniors, I was able to practice my marketing expertise and knowledge to deliver customized brand solutions to Client across varied continents and industries. Online and classroom technical and soft skill training further helped build me as an individual.
  • How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?
    I have always enjoyed communicating with people and my profile empowers me to have business/history conversations with management, seniors, peers or clients.  These enriching interactions aid improvisation of experience for clients and internal stakeholders.
  • How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
    In the last 2.6yrs, I have had the privilege of delivering ~450 branding projects across India and 30 Culture induction sessions across India, France, and Spain. It seemed like an impossible task, but team motivation, resilience, and commitment helped us win over all odds and on more occasions deliver beyond expectations.
  • What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
    Freedom and Trust. Work gets discussed, but then I have the freedom of executing it my way without losing the focus on the end result. It simply helps build my confidence towards work. The trust they show works as a catalyst to overcome challenges.
  • How does this all combine for you to have a passion for what you do?
    Creativity is my forte and this only helps me to propose newer ideas for client visit branding and client experiences. Good ideas are good until they are implemented, and I am fortunate that most of my ideas are welcomed and I can deliver the Wow! experience to the Client.
  • What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
    We usually do branding for our Clients in India. But one day I got a call from the project that Client wants to use the same creatives that were implemented in India for their France office. This was a token of appreciation and an applause for the fantastic experience we created for the client.
  • What are you an Ace at?
    Working behind the scenes to create brand visibility leading to customer delight whilst building cohesiveness between our business partners and external clients.
