For a Technical Lead at Capgemini Engineering, every day is an opportunity to hone your skills to the highest level and realize your full potential. My day at Capgemini starts with team discussions and resolving queries. We all work together to meet deadlines and deliver the highest quality of work. Being at the forefront of cutting-edge technologies, we partner with the leading players in the industry. Our tech acumen is our greatest strength, and our primary goal is to leverage it to establish trusted partnerships with clients.

What’s the best thing about working at Capgemini?

The fact that we get to design, develop, and deliver tomorrow’s smart products, create new customer experiences, and provide high value in our client’s digital transformation journey. At Capgemini, we are big admirers of the beehive. Capgemini is all about teamwork, and everyone here does an excellent job of working together to reach a common goal. Working in an esteemed organization with a positive work environment can help you visualize the future you want and empower you with the tools to accomplish it. Over the years at Capgemini, I have utilized my knowledge to yield better outcomes. I can vividly envision five years ahead of me. I have a passion for working with others to obtain a common goal and would love to build a successful team. My goal is to take on a management role in the years to come.

What advice would you give to someone joining Capgemini?

How do you think Capgemini’s support has been since the pandemic began?

The pandemic has, almost overnight, completely shifted how we think about work and working models. In these unprecedented times, Capgemini protected their employees and seized the advantages of remote working by adding a virtual layer to their existing operating models. Even in the most uncertain of times, Capgemini has supported its employees by championing the cause of mental health, making WFH as seamless as possible and conducting vaccination drives for all employees.
