• How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?

I look forward to going to work, as the environment allows me to interact, understand customer problems, and create solutions for critical problem statements. Continuous learning and interaction keep me motivated.

• What do you love about your job?

Practicing Architecture is the kind of role I always wanted to pursue, and I am very passionate about it. I wish to continue learning about the different forms of Architecture in the future as well.

• How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?

Capgemini has a very good framework for a career in the field of Architecture. Along with amazing content they also have great classroom learning sessions that helps us master the skills required.

• How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?

Capgemini has wide forums online, certification clinics, roles and opportunities to fulfill the purposes I have in my career. Moreover, in the ever-changing world of technology, its great to figure out solutions that will benefit the business of our client.

Capgemini always stays true to its tagline, “People matter, results count” as they give their employees the opportunity to balance their work and personal life. This in turn provides the best environment for us to come up with top solutions for our clients.

• What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?

According to me, the best thing about working at Capgemini is its alliances and partners that help us explore several areas and real-time information from the customer’s site. Moreover, I benefit from a flexible working environment that helps me balance my work and personal life.

• How does this all combine for you to have passion for what you do?

It’s a dream come true when you can convert your passion to your work. At Capgemini, I get a chance to create Reference Models in the Enterprise, EA blueprints, Application Architecture, and come up with solutions for the customer, along with addressing business problems and continuously learn the technology to upgrade my skills.

I also believe that participating in community events gives me an added advantage to find out avenues to grow and do well.

• What was your most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?

The most memorable moment for me at Capgemini is when I got recognized by my peers for the work I did.

• What are you an Ace at?

My ability to solve critical problem statements, along with the capacity to grasp any technology, helps me to come up with innovative solutions for my clients. Delivering Architecture artifacts with good quality is my area of expertise.
