My usual work day

I start my day with a large cup of coffee to power me through the day (which I refill 3-4 times). I then catch up on emails and the news. I have a bit of an OCD with emails and hate having emails sitting unread in my inbox. The rest of the day depends on what deadlines are quickly approaching. I usually have some research to catch up on so that I can stay up to date and be better prepared for upcoming meetings. I also end up spending time on PowerPoint. Some days, I get to visit the client site to either explore new potential deals or to see how the Capgemini team is doing there.

My Hobbies

I love sports and the competition that comes with it. Basketball is my biggest passion but I also love playing table tennis and golf. I find sports to be the perfect outlet for my competitive fire and turn into a completely different person on the basketball court! I used to be an avid reader and that is a habit I am trying to redevelop. The last book I read was The Rise of Robots by Martin Ford which painted an interesting picture of the future. However, now I usually rely on TV shows to unwind. My all-time favorite is The Wire because I loved the depth and complexity of the characters.

My personal life

As a kid, I was uprooted every 3 years and moved to a new country. Today, one of my favorite things to do is to travel. And while traveling is amazing, living in a different culture is truly an eye-opening experience. Getting to live like a local and truly be a part of the culture is something I find to be very enriching. I hope to get the chance to do this more in the future! Currently on the top of my bucket list of places to visit are Turkey and Israel due to the amazing history and vibrant culture present there.

Expectation from E.L.I.T.E. General Management Program

The E.L.I.T.E. journey has been fantastic so far as we’ve gotten exposure to senior management and the opportunity to work on projects that will really deliver value to the company. We are joining an uncertain environment where change is the only constant. Here having a proper support system is crucial. The most special thing to me has been the level of involvement from senior management and the seamless onboarding that took place thanks to the E.L.I.T.E. core team. I think right now it’s our turn to live up to the opportunity we’ve been given.
