• How do you feel in the morning getting up and going to work at Capgemini?
  Being with Capgemini since 2003, every day has been exciting for me & every day look forward to coming to the office for the experience I get from Capgemini.
• What do you love about your job?
  Last 15 years I have handled various simple to complex roles. The key factor is the feel at home I get from the team. There is camaraderie in Capgemini which is really helpful to solve the complex task in our job.
• How does Capgemini empower you to master your skills?
  Capgemini has unique training programs that allow you to onboard, train & deploy. From basic skills like email etiquettes to advance program management. Moreover, I have experienced 360-degree evaluation on myself which helps in my mentorship & guidance to execute my job. When we execute work better we ourselves feel empowered.
• How does Capgemini help support your sense of purpose in your career?
  I have worked with many Capgemini leaders & enjoyed their support & trust in all my deliverables. The open door culture at Capgemini helps me reach out our leaders & management for any professional guidance or help required.
• How does Capgemini give you the autonomy to make decisions?
  I enjoy Capgemini values like Trust, Boldness & Fun. I feel excited to have a worked with senior management who promotes such behaviour. On personal attribute, what I have enjoyed in Capgemini is taking accountability on work which in turns gives us autonomy.
• What do you love about the way of working at Capgemini?
  The key factor in Capgemini is that you can plan your career. We can know of various new roles through IJP’s & networking. I believe the end of the day your work should lead your way. I’m happy that Capgemini promotes good talent.
• How does this all combine for you to have the passion for what you do?
  Being for a non-technical background did not stop me from working on technical tools like BIRT reporting or My SQL.  Thanks to Capgemini, I got a chance to work on a client project for a short stint for BIRT reporting. Overall, I love to learn & enhance my skills & Capgemini gives me that flexibility.
• What was the most memorable moment in your Capgemini journey?
  The most memorable moment at Capgemini was to be a part of a client project and experience the other side on my table. Being from a support background it was one of an experience to face the end client & successfully deliver their requirements.
• What are you an Ace at?
  I am ace at objective decision making based on data.
