My usual work day

I don’t like being late, so my aim is to always reach the office before 9 am. While getting ready and in the cab ride to the office, I try to catch up on all the social media handles (Twitter, Instagram and Facebook etc.) the first thing I do when I reach office is check mails and create a plan of action for the day. I tend to leave office around 7 pm, so that I have time to go for a run once I reach home and contribute to Capgemini’s #Move50 initiative.

My Hobbies

I love playing football, and have been a part of the football team in both IIT Roorkee and IIM Calcutta (was also the vice-captain). I also enjoy watching football on TV and I support Liverpool FC. I also love travelling and try to make as many plans as I can with family or friends. I have recently re-initiated my habit of reading novels.

My personal life

My parents are doctors, and I have an elder brother who is pursuing executive-MBA from Erasmus University, Netherlands. I was born in Ghaziabad but have studied from Delhi through-out my school life.

Expectations from E.L.I.T.E.

E.L.I.T.E. program has so far been an amazing journey filled with learning, fun, an opportunity to meet great people and the chance to network with the senior leaders of Capgemini Financial Services Business Unit. My expectations from the rotations ahead are to keep learning, build an identity, and a network in the different sub-units of the business. This program has been touted as a fast-track program to senior leadership and I hope to fully leverage this opportunity.
