The E.L.I.T.E. Program has been an exciting journey with wide exposure to multiple upcoming technologies across geographies and functions.

My usual workday

I start my day at work around 9 am by doing a quick scan of my inbox and replying to emails. After this, I plan my goals/deliverables for the day based on the meetings and presentations scheduled. Since I am working with a team in France, my day is peppered with calls with the team and coordinating with multiple stakeholders. I sit with the other ELITE trainees, which gives me a chance to stay abreast of what is going on in their projects as well. I leave office by 6:30 pm, after making sure I have ticked all that had to be done for the day.

My Hobbies

I love learning new things, which has given me multiple and highly diverse hobbies. Dancing was my first love, and I gave my first solo stage dance performance at the age of 2. I also enjoy reading books, with a new-found interest in WW2 novels. I love a good workout, and make sure to squeeze in weight training or swimming in my daily schedule.

My Personal Life

I was born in Jaipur and brought up in Delhi. I completed schooling from Holy Child Sr. Sec School and engineering in Electronics and Communications from NSIT, Delhi. Post that, I joined IIM Lucknow. During my MBA, I interned at HUL in sales and marketing. I go home to my parents and a younger sister. I enjoy reading, dancing, swimming and weight training.

Expectations from E.L.I.T.E.

Going forward, I expect the program to give me a chance to work in multiple domains with highly competent people to learn from their experiences to lead businesses and people in the future.
