The process administration and opportunity creation were not enabling fast time to close deals and deliver acceptable solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Our solution<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The goal was to have a well-functioning, customized system that supports agents in their day-to-day operations, increases sales efficiency, reduces administration, and provides managers with a transparent view of the results, campaigns and sales support tools.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We aimed to provide a CRM tool for agents which could be used on desktop and on mobile, enabling agents to reach customer information anytime and anywhere. The implementation required the customization of Sales Cloud and the integration and development of current systems.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\">The benefits<\/h4>\n\n\n\n<p>The enhanced customer experience now includes the end-to-end process coverage within the Salesforce Sales Cloud system, which increases efficiency. Furthermore, accurate forecasting solutions and increased opportunities make on-site workflows more convenient. The delivered system enables a higher level of sales process, improving the overall customer experience and bringing high levels of seamless collaboration, with the assistance of Salesforce
