\u200bAll client stories are contained in a\u00a0single location<\/a>, providing a\u00a0searchable repository, and enabling publication across the site.\u00a0\u200b They can be automatically featured on other pages, pulled\u00a0through by virtue of the taxonomy.\u00a0\u200b <\/p>\n\n\n\n

All\u00a0client stories\u00a0are syndicated to countries \u2013 they are available for all\u00a0countries to publish as required.\u200b Local client stories\u00a0may be published on local sites (subject to local\u00a0approvals), but not be pulled through to the global site without\u00a0approval from the Client Story Desk.\u00a0\u200b<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n

        Select the syndication settings and select the country wherein you need to show the research that you are publishing.\u202fSyndication can only be done by Global admins and local admins (for US, Germany and France). Cross syndication is applicable only for – Sweden, Denmark, Finland, Norway<\/strong>\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        The current URL will be shown under the Permalink manager, in case you want to change it, do that before publishing the document\u202f\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Select the brand of the page, there is a whole drop-down of the brands under Capgemini, hence, select from the list and choose<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Lastly, add\u202fYoast\u202fSEO content to the page and hit publish, this is most important for your page to show on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Feature image<\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        Before publishing your document, be sure that you have set a featured image for the page as it is important to showcase the image on the landing page as well.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Once done, hitting publish will be an easier task for you <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Enable public preview:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

        For non-CMS users, we can always enable the \u201cEnable Public review\u201d button and a URL is created which can be helpful in the reviewal process for people who don’t have CMS access. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Note: The URL stays for 48 hours only. In case you want more time for reviewal, the CMS user has to regenerate the URL<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

        Publish a document\u202f<\/strong>\u202f<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

        Depending on the access level, you can publish a page on the website.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

        1. Login via the access level you have\u202f <\/li>\n\n\n\n
        2. You will find a publish button on the\u202fright-hand\u202fside of the WordPress dashboard, just click on the same and it\u2019s done. If \u202fyou find the button greyed out, ensure your access level is meant to publish the document\u202f <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

          Save\u202fdrafts\u202fand how to update them<\/strong>\u202f <\/h4>\n\n\n\n
          Save to drafts<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          If you do not want to publish the document there and then,\u202fsave it for later editing,\u202f\u201cSave\u202fdraft\u201d\u202fmode will help you start editing from where you have left off. In case you do not save\u202fthe\u202fdraft, you will lose the information that you have added so far. Post saving the draft you can click on \u201cPreview\u201d beside it to preview the draft page.\u202f <\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Find\u202fsaved drafts:<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

          Now, you may find the drafts in the WordPress dashboard. You can click on the tab \u201cPicth\u201d and also\u202ffilter\u202fby date to search your page. There is a search box on the right to search for your page if you know the name of the page.\u202f<\/p>\n\n\n\n

          Edit a published page<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

          1. Open the page on the website that you wish to edit <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          2. At the top end of the page, you will find an option to edit the page, click on the button and start editing <\/li>\n\n\n\n
          3. Click on \u201cUpdate\u201d once done. Note that all published pages once edited will reflect the changes instantly. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

            Revisionize<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            You can select a page to revisionize which creates a copy of the actual page and helps create a pseudo page for reviewal purposes. Once, reviewed you can always merge the revisionize version with the actual page by clicking on Publish<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

            Schedule a page<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

            1. Click on the settings options on the right-hand pane <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            2. Go to the Page section  <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            3. Click on the date and time mentioned in front of the publish option <\/li>\n\n\n\n
            4. Select the date and time according to your wish, given the fact the time zone will depend upon the server\/website’s time<\/li>\n\n\n\n
            5. Hit \u201cSchedule\u201d once done <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n

              Turn a published page to a draft<\/strong>:<\/h4>\n\n\n\n

              1. Open the link of the page that needs to be unpublished <\/li>\n\n\n\n
              2. Hit the \u201cSwitch to Drafts\u201d button to unpublish the webpage. Once turned to draft the page won’t be accessible on the live site. <\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n
