While employee well-being is a rising priority for many organisations, it begs the question of who is looking after leaders as they face pandemic repercussions, layoffs, skills shortages, talent recruitment and retention challenges, and economic uncertainty.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Whether individuals are moving into, or already established in, a CTO or tech leadership role in a startup or developed organisation, leaders will face issues with headspace, time, and resources and managing multiple priorities and stakeholders.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>We\u2019ve identified the key issues surrounding tech leaders and how they do (or don\u2019t adequately) find ways to take time out for themselves, find that essential headspace, and avoid personal burnout, which is unfortunately still prevalent among tech leaders and CTOs.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-key-findings\">Key findings <\/h2>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-counter-para section counter-para-section\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"article-text\"><div class=\"statistics-list\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"statistic col-12 col-md-4 col-lg-3 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"statistic-top\">1 in 5<\/div><span class=\"statistic-bottom\">leaders are not giving enough time to their personal leadership growth<\/span><\/div><div class=\"statistic col-12 col-md-4 col-lg-3 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"statistic-top\">3\/4<\/div><span class=\"statistic-bottom\">of leaders manage their well-being in some form, but 1 in 5 don&#8217;t ask for feedback<\/span><\/div><div class=\"statistic col-12 col-md-4 col-lg-3 offset-lg-1\"><div
