Capgemini.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>131 young people supported through The Prince\u2019s Trust Future Leaders\u2019 programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>7,797 pupils engaged, including 4,105 female students through our Education Outreach programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>542 Capgemini volunteers through our Education Outreach programme, 48% of those female.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>176 students completed our work experience programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u00a370k raised by employees for The Prince\u2019s Trust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over \u00a3100k funds raised for good causes through payroll giving.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>966 active volunteers engaged across our programme.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>200 employees signed-up for the \u2018Palace to Palace\u2019 charity cycle ride in aid of The Prince\u2019s Trust.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>4,000 employees engaged in our \u2018Get Involved\u2019 programme through volunteering, fundraising or voting for Community Spirit Award winners in recognition of employee action.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Three Tech for Positive Futures projects developed to bring innovation and new ways of working to partners in the not-for-profit sector.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our approach to Environmental Sustainability 2019 Highlights:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Achieved our 2030 science-based target 11 years ahead of schedule, with a 52% reduction in emissions per employee since 2014.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Named on CDP\u2019s prestigious Climate Change A-list in recognition of our progress on tackling climate change. Engaged 1,200 team members in face-to-face briefings, business challenges, workshops or training on sustainability.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>1,700 people were introduced to new ways of working through our virtual collaboration project, contributing to a 13% reduction in our travel emissions.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Capgemini Invent accelerated their sustainability focus, sponsoring the 10th World Climate Summit and launching the Invent for Society1 initiative.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>\u2018Pollination Project\u2019 saw 300 of our team members engaged in a week-long programme of education and awareness to support the ambitions of COP 25.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Our approach to Active Inclusion 2019 Highlights:<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Launched our \u2018Respectfully Us\u2019 programme, empowering our people to take responsibility for creating a respectful and inclusive workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Achieved EDGE (Economic Dividends for Gender Equality) certification at \u2018Move\u2019 level \u2013 EDGE is the leading global assessment methodology and business standard on gender equality in the workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Over 40% of attendees on our accelerated leadership development programmes were women<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Signatory to BITC Race at Work Charter, to demonstrate our commitment to supporting race equality in the workplace<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Actively promoted flexible working through the introduction of email signatures, led by Exec leadership, recognising our employees have varied responsibilities and commitments<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>76% of our people say they are given the flexibility they need to balance their work and personal
