In this new position Jerome will bring together Capgemini\u2019s strong industry expertise across the world to meet the specific transformation needs of global organisations. He remains a member of the Group Executive Board. <strong>Andrea Falleni<\/strong>, formerly Managing Director of Capgemini in Italy and Global Sales Officer of the Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit, succeeds Jerome as CEO of the Southern Europe Strategic Business Unit. With this appointment Andrea joins Capgemini\u2019s Group Executive Board.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Sustainability at the heart of client offerings<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Cyril Garcia, <\/strong>formerly CEO of Capgemini Invent, is now Head of Global Sustainability Services and Corporate Responsibility. In this new role Cyril is responsible for the integration of sustainability across Capgemini\u2019s portfolio of client services, as well as driving the Group\u2019s own sustainability agenda. Cyril is also responsible for Capgemini\u2019s Corporate Social Responsibility activity. He remains a member of the Group Executive Board. <strong>Roshan Gya<\/strong>, formerly Managing Director of Capgemini Invent in Southern Europe and Global Lead for Intelligent Industry, succeeds Cyril as <strong>CEO of Capgemini Invent.<\/strong> He joins the Group Executive Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><em>\u201cThese new Group appointments reinforce Capgemini\u2019s position as our clients\u2019 strategic partner for their business transformations,\u201d <\/em>comments Aiman Ezzat, CEO of the Capgemini Group. <em>\u201cJerome will focus on consolidating the Group\u2019s broad and deep industry expertise to meet our global clients\u2019 specific business challenges.
