Anne brings to the Group over two decades of experience in leadership development and talent management on a global scale.<\/strong> <strong>She takes over from Hubert Giraud, who recently moved to a new role at Altran, part of the Capgemini Group. Anne will report to Aiman Ezzat, CEO of Capgemini.<\/strong><\/h2><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group undefined section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\">\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Commenting on the appointment, <strong>Aiman Ezzat<\/strong> said, <em>\u201cAt Capgemini we believe that the business value of technology comes from and through people \u2013 our 270,000 team members are at the heart of what we do every day. I am delighted to welcome Anne to the Group.\u201d<\/em><\/p>\n<\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>Biography of Anne Lebel<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image alignleft\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/gb-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2020\/06\/Anne-Lebel.jpg?w=194\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-450637\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Prior to joining Capgemini, Anne was Chief Human Resources and Corporate Culture Officer for Natixis and a member of the Senior Management Committee.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">She started her career in 1987 at Bossard Consultants as an organisation and change management consultant. In 1997, Anne joined Schering Plough France as Human Resources and Training Manager for France before moving to head up HR Organisation and Development in Europe.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">In 2004, Anne joined Serono France as Head of Human Resources, France. In 2008, Anne moved to Allianz Global Corporate &amp; Specialty where she was appointed Head of Human Resources for France, Italy and Spain, and later for Europe and Asia, before becoming Global Head of Human Resources in 2012.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anne joined Natixis in 2016 as a member of the Senior Management Committee and Chief Human Resources Officer. In 2019 she also assumed responsibility for corporate culture for Natixis.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Anne is also Lead Independent Director of Nexans\u2019 Board of Directors.
