He is passionate about delivering the business outcomes that matter the most for clients and shaping diverse, high-performing teams. Raj joined the Group Executive Committee in January 2025.<br><br>Prior to his current role, Raj was Chief Executive Officer of Sogeti US, part of the Capgemini Group.
