The first 3 months are designed to ensure you get an overview of the business. Month 4 is where individuals will then join their respective pathway\u2019s specific academy up until the end of the 21-month programme. As the programme is designed around the entire 21-months (approximately), we would encourage members of the programme to stay in the same pathway until they graduate from their Academy.
