of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates passionate about accelerating transformations across our client\u2019s employee experience, workforce, and change programmes. We deliver this through people-led change empowering our clients to deliver transformations throughout their business.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:&nbsp;&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Institute (circa 3 months)&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academy (circa 18 months)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Workforce &amp; Organisation Academy. You will have the opportunity to work with our clients to deliver transformation programmes. You will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients.
