Our recruitment process includes three stages: Online Application, Digital Interview and Assessment Centre.<\/strong>

Candidates who pass the Digital Interview stage will be added to our Talent Pool<\/strong> for Assessment Centre consideration. While this is a positive step, Assessment Centre places are limited and not everyone in the Talent Pool will progress.<\/strong>

Receive your contract<\/strong> \u2013 Once your details have been received, we’ll create and send your contract for review and signature.

Sign your contract<\/strong> \u2013 After you’ve signed and returned your contract, your place is confirmed*.

Begin onboarding<\/strong> \u2013 Our Onboarding Team will then get in touch to guide you through the next steps, including any information or documents we need before your start date.
