Should I use AI in the Recruitment process?<\/h3><\/div>

How to use AI to get hired<\/h3><\/div>

If you choose, we are comfortable for you to use AI during the application process, we think it works best for:

1. Identifying a variety of job opportunities quickly
2. Creating the initial draft application that you can tailor to our role authentically – remember to use your own voice!
3. Generating potential interview questions to prep for interviews

We know its tempting but please don\u2019t use AI to:

1. Create mass applications that are untargeted and too generic to showcase you
2. Over state your skills and experience \u2013 keep it real!

When it comes to researching Capgemini the best source of information is our own sources primarily our website, but at our events you will have the chance to meet our people (talking directly to our people is also a lot of fun!)<\/strong><\/p>

How does Capgemini use technology in the process?<\/h3><\/div>

Nearly every week there is a new development in this space, we\u2019re investing in our technology so that we\u2019re able to use AI ethically and bring efficiencies.\u00a0 Our aim is to improve your candidate experience.

Whilst we use AI where appropriate to streamline some of the processes, our selection decisions are always made by our team (all of whom are human!).<\/p>

How will you support my adjustments?\u00a0<\/h3><\/div>

It is important to us that all candidates have a positive experience of the graduate recruitment process. If your application is unsuccessful at any stage of the process, you will need to wait until the next recruitment cycle to reapply. This typically begins in September following your initial application.\u00a0<\/p>

What is the application process?\u00a0<\/h3><\/div>

Stage 1 – Application: You will firstly need to submit an application and upload your most relevant and up to date CV.\u00a0\u00a0
Stage 2 – Digital interview: Should you be successful, you will then be invited to complete a digital interview.\u00a0\u00a0
Stage 3 – Assessment Centre: If successful at digital interview stage, you will be placed in an Assessment Centre candidate pool for consideration. Please note, this is a pool for consideration only. If you are selected to attend an Assessment Centre, our recruitment team will contact you.\u00a0
