Utilities Pathway?<\/strong>&nbsp;<\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Energy Transition &amp; Utilities pathway of the Accelerate program is tailored for talented graduates who are passionate about helping clients navigate transformations in sectors such as Nuclear, Water, Energy Retail, Central Markets, Energy Networks, and Energy Transition. Our goal is to drive sustainable change by focusing on our clients&#8217; future needs and creating business value through innovative solutions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts: &nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Institute (circa 3 months)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academy (circa 18 months)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feed-back rich environment.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following your time in The Institute, you will join the Energy Transition &amp; Utilities Academy. You\u2019ll have the chance to work on a diverse range of projects, from large-scale transformation programs to focused advisory assignments.
