craft teams. You\u2019ll have the opportunity to work on both large-scale transformation programmes and shorter, outcome-focused initiatives that deliver tangible value. You will be part of teams that ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability and delivering innovative solutions for clients.&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Depending on your craft, your day-to-day can vary from working closely within a project team, participating in client meetings, running workshops, or supporting the delivery of key project milestones.
