Analytics Pathway?<\/strong><\/h3>\n\n\n\n<p>The Enterprise Data and Analytics (EDA) pathway of the Accelerate programme is designed for talented graduates who are passionate about data strategy, data science and data analytics. In EDA, we develop and apply technical skills to help clients solve complex business challenges.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>The Accelerate Programme consists of 2 parts:&nbsp;&nbsp;<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>The Institute (circa 3 months)&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>The Academy (circa 18 months)&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Your first 3 months of the Accelerate Programme will be spent within The Institute, where you will learn core consulting skills and gain a broad understanding of everything we do at Capgemini Invent within a feedback rich environment.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Following your time in The Institute, you will join the\u202fEnterprise Data &amp; Analytics Academy. You will build your core consulting skills through having early responsibility on interesting and challenging work that influences how our clients evolve the way they work, perform, and achieve their goals. There will also be opportunities to work on large scale transformation programmes, whereby you will ensure the smooth delivery of end-to-end projects by working flexibly, demonstrating intellectual capability, and delivering innovative solutions for clients.
