Executive Committee currently comprises 37 members, including the 13 members of the Group Executive Board indicated by an asterisk (*). The Group Executive Board facilitates the carrying out of the Group\u2019s operations. The Executive Committee helps it to define Capgemini\u2019s principal directions, setting major strategic priorities and the associated action plans, and ensuring that these plans are effectively implemented at the operational level.<\/p><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-column-text is-style-cg-sapphire3 column-text-block\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12\"><div class=\"column-text\"><h3 class=\"column-title non-caps-text\">Diversity in management<\/h3><div class=\"inner-column-text\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-12 column-outer\"><div class=\"column-wrapper\"><h5 class=\"jest-column1text\">The Group has decided to implement <strong>a progressive increase in both female and international representation on the Group\u2019s Executive Committee<\/strong>. The Group\u2019s long-term objective is to achieve the same percentage of women in the Executive Committee as in the Group\u2019s headcount. We also intend to increase female representation to 10% of positions with the greatest responsibility within Group executive leaders and, more widely, in the senior leadership community, with a target of 30% of women in executive leadership positions by 2025.<br>\u00a0<br>These objectives are combined with voluntary internal measures and policies aiming to ensure a diversified and
