There\u2019s a welcoming culture at Capgemini where different perspectives are valued, and everyone is encouraged to contribute and share knowledge, no matter their level.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What is&nbsp;your favourite Capgemini value?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">There\u2019s a real sense of team spirit at Capgemini Invent. People genuinely dig in for each other, and that support extends beyond work &#8211; my team\u2019s flexibility around my rugby commitments really shows how much people care.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What opportunities have you had to shape your career at Capgemini Invent?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The Institute gave me the chance to get involved straight away &#8211; from presenting to almost 100 people in my first two weeks and supporting bid work, to contributing to the Wellbeing team, helping my buddy, and building connections through coffee catch\u2011ups. I even played in the Capgemini UK vs France rugby fixture in my first three weeks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What did you study at university? How has this helped you in getting a job at Capgemini Invent and in your role?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">I studied BA Politics, followed by an MSc in International Business Management and an MSc in Marketing. Although my degrees weren\u2019t purely technical, they gave me strong transferable skills like critical thinking, problem solving and teamwork, while also helping me manage multiple commitments such as playing rugby for the university 1st XV.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>What has stood out to you most about Capgemini Invent and what made you want to apply?<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">What really stood out to me was Capgemini\u2019s commitment to developing you as a person &#8211; the time they invest in training and the breadth of resources available, especially early in your career through the Institute.
