My role involves migrating data from ECC environment to SAP environment such as S4 HANA platform using Data Services. I ensure data is transferred accurately and efficiently to support our clients\u2019 business operations.\u00a0<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/section>\n\n\n\n<section class=\"wp-block-cg-blocks-group section section--article-content\"><div class=\"article-main-content\"><div class=\"container\"><div class=\"row\"><div class=\"col-12 col-md-11 col-lg-10 offset-md-1 offset-lg-1\"><div class=\"article-text article-quote-text\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-a-day-in-the-life-look-like-for-you\">What does a day in the life look like for you?\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>My day usually starts with daily team meetings to align tasks and priorities, updating progress, discussing any challenges with my team, and collaborating to find solutions. The rest of the day is focused on development work and continuous learning.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>One thing I really appreciate is the flexibility to work from home, which helps me manage my time well and stay productive. When I\u2019m on client site or in the office, the day often involves more in-person meetings and collaboration sessions which are great for building relationships and sharing ideas face-to-face.&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-advice-would-you-give-to-students-looking-to-apply-to-capgemini\"><strong>What advice would you give to students looking to apply to Capgemini?<\/strong>\u00a0<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Don\u2019t worry if you don\u2019t meet every single requirement! Focus on showing your enthusiasm and willingness to learn. I\u2019ve had the opportunity to participate in internal, and client facing projects, attend workshops to develop both technical and soft skills, and take ownership of my career path by pursuing certifications and mentoring support. I also got<strong> <\/strong>involved in graduate<strong> <\/strong>initiatives which helped me grow my confidence and network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-did-you-study-at-university-how-has-this-helped-you-in-getting-a-job-at-capgemini-and-in-your-role\">What did you study at university? How has this helped you in getting a job at Capgemini and in your role?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>I studied at Birmingham City University where I developed a strong foundation in technology through Computer Science studies.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>University gave me technical knowledge and project experience that helped me stand out during the application process.
