For example, I supported a group of students aged 14-17 in presenting a business case for the Westside Young Leaders Academy (WYLA).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-is-the-most-exciting-or-innovative-project-you-have-been-part-of\">What is the most exciting or innovative project you have been part of?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The most exciting project I have been involved in would have to be organising the Anchor Point Day socials to bring colleagues back into the office.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-have-you-seen-that-demonstrates-inclusion\">What have you seen that demonstrates inclusion?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Most project teams are composed of a inclusive and flexible group that supports each other both onshore and offshore. This diversity brings a wide range of perspectives and skills, enhancing the team&#8217;s ability to solve problems creatively and efficiently.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-tell-us-what-you-think-makes-capgemini-a-great-place-to-work\">Tell us what you think makes Capgemini a great place to work?<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Supportive and progressive colleagues make working at Capgemini a joy.
