Utilising Capgemini\u2019s extensive resources and volunteer network, the partnership has co-designed and implemented diverse educational initiatives such as the &#8220;Raising Aspirations&#8221; projects, which included interactive events like Mock Interviews and STEM workshops.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-outcome-amp-benefits\">Outcome &amp; Benefits:<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Extensive Volunteer Engagement:<\/strong> Capgemini\u2019s volunteers dedicated approximately 1,500 hours since the beginning of the partnership in March 2023, significantly increasing the capacity to deliver impactful programmes.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Educational Impact:<\/strong> The initiatives directly benefited around 1,000 students by providing them with real-world insights, enhancing their aspirations, and equipping them with necessary skills for future success.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Continued Expansion:<\/strong> The partnership is set to continue growing with plans to implement additional STEM-focused events expected to engage about 150 students each, promoting STEM education and showcasing its applications in industry settings.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Diverse Volunteering Options:<\/strong> Over 40 different volunteering activities have been made available, offering Capgemini staff varied opportunities to contribute to community development and student education. To amplify their impact within the community, Salford Foundation partnered with Capgemini, aiming to harness Capgemini\u2019s extensive resources and volunteer network to further community engagement and volunteering efforts across Greater Manchester, as part of Capgemini\u2019s social value commitment to the Department for Work and Pensions (DWP).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>This collaboration is rooted in Capgemini\u2019s contracts with DWP, aligning closely with their broader social aims.
