gather key lessons learnt from the project and the latest build, to inform the design and decision-making process for the client. The primary objectives of the study were to:<br>1) Provide input for the investment paper<br>2) Provide insights for consideration and setting up the EAM programme<br>3) Build connections across the the culture and mindset change required \u2013 driven from the top<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>EAM process spans traditional handovers and silos<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Take an incremental approach to loading data through construction<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Turn on \u2018out of the box\u2019 functionality as you progress through the lifecycle<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<h4 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Benefits for Clients<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Key issues identified from previous new builds and associated insight to drive future roadmap and activities<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Prioritised recommendations for review across the entire EAM; from strategic through to tactical<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Created new, and enhanced existing relationships across
