With more than 100 state agencies, DIR moved to digitize and automate its Shared Technology Services for the agencies it supports.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Different suppliers need to work cooperatively to allow DIR to be responsive, agile, and effective in delivering IT. As an early adopter of the Multi-sourcing Service Integration (MSI) model, DIR can ensure all providers, technologies, and capabilities are aligned and efficient.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image aligncenter\"><img decoding=\"async\" src=\"https:\/\/www.capgemini.com\/gb-en\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/3\/2019\/02\/Graphic1-2.jpg?w=800\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-75573\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Led by Capgemini, the MSI delivers automated IT monitoring and management.
