To improve customer experience Tet, a Latvia-based technology and entertainment business, decided to launch its own digital transformation journey

To become leaders in digital Tet partnered with Capgemini to improve customer and employee experience. The way of working was new to both parties – working fully remote and never having a physical meeting due to COVID-19 restrictions – but the team took the way of working to a completely new level.

Collaborating with Capgemini, Tet implements the Salesforce Industry (Vlocity) Cloud and introduced automation into its customer service and order fulfillment processes to further enable innovative offerings to reach the market faster and increase satisfaction for both customers and employees.
