Health and wellbeing

Together, we’re a resilient, agile team. Wellbeing is our top priority, and we work hard to alleviate the challenges we all face as we navigate through the Covid-19 pandemic. Our support resources include 180+ trained mental health champions, a virtual social community to help us stay connected, and access to Peppy, a the first-of-its-kind app, that provides personalised health support for women and their partners. We also offer a broad range of mental, physical and financial wellbeing employee benefits.

Change starts with us

The way we do business has a big impact on our people, society and the planet. That’s why we constantly look for new ways to do the right thing and make a positive difference. Here are some of the steps we’ve taken so far:

  • Capgemini is committed to be carbon neutral by 2025 and be a net zero business by 2030.
  • We’re a founding member of Race to Zero, a global campaign that’s working to bring together businesses, cities, regions and investors for a healthy zero carbon recovery.
  • Our employees receive two volunteer days every year to use their skills and help upskill those in need.
  • Working in partnership with CodeYourFuture, we have created new pathways into employment for refugees, asylum seekers and people from disadvantaged backgrounds. Almost 100 students have already benefited from our support and we’re committed to expanding CodeYourFuture across London, Birmingham and Manchester.
  • We’ve supported The Prince’s Trust for over 20 years, through fundraising, dedicated courses, and volunteering: we mentor young people, run facilitated sessions, build skills and raise aspirations.
