Deal to provide case and document management solution to meet automatic enrolment needs

London, Thursday 27 November, 2014 – Capgemini UK plc, part of the Capgemini Group, one of the world’s foremost providers of consulting, technology and outsourcing services, has today announced a £2.4m, seven-year contract with The Pensions Regulator (TPR). The deal with the regulator of work-based pension schemes in the UK is to implement and support an integrated case and document management solution to meet the needs of automatic enrolment and the regulator’s wider business.

Workplace law changes mean that every employer with staff in the UK must automatically enrol those who are eligible into a workplace pension scheme and contribute towards it. The new contract, which came into effect from 31 March 2014 to deliver a solution that will help TPR better automate the capture, process and output of pension cases.
The programme will initially deliver the automatic enrolment capability and then roll-out to other areas of the business through a series of optional releases.
