Capgemini supports Leoni, a leading global wiring system and cable technology company, with its global Human Resources transformation

Leoni wants to reach its strategic goals by connecting HR with the business needs and strategic priorities of the corporation. To achieve this, the program will concentrate on the design of an integrated HR organisation for approximately 75,000 employees around the globe within the dynamic growing company. While the HR processes as well as the HR IT system landscape will be optimised, Capgemini will also support the program and project management during the transition.
