Capgemini Consulting UK, the management consulting division of Capgemini UK plc (“Capgemini”), has
recruited four new vice presidents to strengthen some of the fastest growing areas
of its business.

Tom Blacksell, Head of Capgemini Consulting UK, said: “In recruiting outstanding talent at senior level we are strengthening our own

Martin Charters joins Capgemini after working with Atos Consulting where he was Head of Health.
He has 18 years’ experience in the health sector delivering a broad range of projects
including commissioning, service redesign, performance improvement and major capital
developments. He holds a law degree (LLB) from Edinburgh University and an accountancy
qualification (ACA).

Sherif Choudhry joins Capgemini after working with Accenture where he was a thought leader in
customer service transformation, led the CRM business architecture practice and
developed customer-facing solutions for major clients latterly in Public Sector.
He has also worked for other global IT and consulting companies including Ernst
& Young and Unisys. He holds an MBA from the Cass London Business School and
an honours degree in economics.

Phil Falato joins Capgemini after working with Fujitsu where he was a partner in the business
transformation group and the founder and head of Fujitsu’s Lean Solutions Group.
His earlier career was spent within major global consulting companies including
Ernst & Young. He is an acknowledged thought leader with several publications
to his credit in lean operations and related fields. He holds an honours degree
in electrical engineering from Imperial College, London.

Patrick Rowe joins Capgemini after working with IBM where he led major assignments at Shell,
BP and other multinationals across Europe, the Middle East and Africa, often with
an emphasis on IT and supply chain transformation. Prior to joining IBM, Patrick
worked in a variety of managerial roles across Esso’s downstream businesses. He
holds an honours degree in engineering science from Oxford University.

The appointments are all effective immediately.
