Capgemini UK plc has promoted Jawad Shaikh to the post of Vice President, Telecom, Media
& Entertainment (TME) Consulting, effective immediately. He will lead a team
of dedicated telecoms and media consultants within the company’s TME consultancy
practice and manage key client relationships across the sector.

Jawad Shaikh has more than thirteen years’ consulting experience in the TME sector
at Capgemini, including three years as Global Head of the company’s TME Strategy
Lab, a group comprising specialist industry consultants from around the world
which produces in-depth analysis on key issues across the sector based on its
own research combined with practical experience of Capgemini client assignments.
He has also directed significant international projects which have delivered sustained
business improvement for Capgemini clients.

Based at Capgemini in London, he holds a B.Sc. Honours degree in Mechanical Engineering
and a Master’s degree in Engineering Management and Manufacturing from Cornell
University, New York.
