Capgemini’s successful transformation program for Nufarm to consolidate its business operations in line with the new ERP setup, included a jointly built operating model for process design, supporting the systems testing, organisational training and change management.  Capgemini delivered world class Finance and Master Data solutions and have been running Nufarm’s shared service operations on the new ERP, streamlining the processes and records by leveraging its Automation Drive and Digital Global Enterprise Model methodologies.
