Being one of The Times Top 50 Employers for Women is a significant recognition for any organisation committed to making the most of women in their workforce. This award is a big acknowledgement for us as an employer with strong female representation.

This is the second year that Opportunity Now and The Times have collaborated on the Times Top 50 Employers for Women. Numerous entries across the country and high benchmarks made the selection process competitive. Organisations nominated for the title had to demonstrate gender diversity as an integral part of their corporate approach – in recruitment, retention and development with a consistent pledge to helping women, individually and collectively, achieve all-rounded success and fulfillment at workplace.

Ann Brown, VP, HR, Capgemini said, “I am absolutely delighted that Capgemini has been awarded this external recognition for being an employer women want to work for. Women are under-represented in the IT services sector and we need to do more to promote the opportunities offered by working in this exciting industry and how all employees can make a substantial contribution to the sector.  In Capgemini we have implemented a number of policies to support women, we celebrate our role models and encourage women to grow their careers through mentoring and personal support. Our company is a better place to work for all as a result.”
