Roles and Responsibilities

•    AE is Ultimately accountable for the Client Relationship, Account Growth and profitability. 
•    The AE will work with their Account Delivery Executive / Delivery Partner to jointly make decisions regarding the profitable delivery of services. 
•    AE’s work with their Account Delivery Executives / Delivery Partners to ensure that detailed succession plans, talent management and rotational programs are in place and fully functional.  
•    AE’s are directly accountable for the final monthly revenue and booking forecasts, creating Account Growth Plans, and maintaining all opportunities in quality manner in THOR. 
•    Their Account Plans will be sufficiently detailed to outline growth opportunities and the actions needed to deliver them. 
•    Account Executives are full time dedicated roles reporting to the MU.  
•    AE is accountable for developing future Account Executives by mentoring Account Managers leading smaller accounts.
•    AE should generate new opportunities in new areas of their clients and be responsible for any and all RFP responses.  
•    They will generate Win Themes, and work with pursuit teams to ensure Win Themes are leveraged.  
•    They build new relationships in new areas of the client identifying the real buyers, stakeholders, influencers creating the appropriate allies.
•    KPI’s include Forecast Accuracy, CSS results, Account P&L, BD Utilization, Account plans, Succession planning.
